Online Safety
At Heyes Lane Primary School we are committed to ensuring the safety of all our pupils. Part of this commitment is to ensure the safety of our children when they are using the World Wide Web, both within school and when they access it from outside of the school grounds.
Through our Computing curriculum we teach our children that they have a right to feel safe when using technology and what they should do if they see any content that is inappropriate or makes them feel uncomfortable.
Below you will find our Kapow online safety guide for parents. You will also find some links to websites which offer further advice on a range of internet safety issues and reviews about books, films, APPs and computer games suggesting appropriate ages for use.
