Welcome to Heyes Lane PTA
Heyes Lane PTA is a partnership between parents and school, and is a registered charity working to raise valuable funds for our school.
Each year we fundraise towards a major project, along with the everyday extras. This year we are continuing to raise funds for the Big Project Fund, which aims to buy new and improved IT equipment for school.
Key fundraising events the PTA organises throughout the school year are the Halloween Spooky Spectacular, Christmas Fair and raffle, year group discos, and the Summer Supper. Over the past few years we have had to think differently about the events we hold, and have changed some of these key events to be held in a more socially distanced way with the support of our community. We are pleased now to be able to return to hosting these events in school for the enjoyment of the school community and to raise funds for the school.

Help us fundraise – the easy way!
There are a few simple ways you can help us to raise funds for school:
1. Taking part in our events, from non-uniform days and cake sales, to discos and community trails – every little bit helps!
2. Buying pre-loved uniform. Our pre-loved uniform shop is volunteer-run, checked and picked, and is stocked entirely by donations, so every penny spent here goes directly to the PTA, all year round. Order using the Google Form: https://heyes-lane-primary-school-pta.sumupstore.com/
3. Using easyfundraising.com when shopping online. It’s easy to set up, check the website to see if they have the retailer you are shopping with, then just shop! Heyes Lane will get some money back for every purchase you make. https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/
4. Need name labels? There are two websites you can order from and school will receive 20% commission. They are:
Mynametags – enter the School ID number 20643 when you check out your order.
Easy2name – select “Heyes Lane Primary School WA15” from the list of “fundraising groups” when you check out your order.

Thank you to everyone who supports our regular PTA events and activities. These events help to raise valuable funds for our school. Despite the current challenges around being able to hold PTA events, we have still been able to raise funds this year with the following events:
- Spooky Trail – £1,627
- Cauliflower Cards – £310
- Christmas Raffle – £1,300
- Chocolate Lucky Dip – £515
- Pre-loved uniform sale £591
